How many photos should I send?
Send 2–3 of your favourites. Our design team reviews them and picks the one best suited to become your keepsake — so it helps to give us a little choice. Clear, well-lit photos where faces are easy to see work best, and everyday phone photos are perfectly fine.
When will I see my design?
You'll receive a detailed preview within 7–10 business days of placing your order. Review it, request any changes you'd like at no cost, and approve it when you're delighted. Your artwork is never produced before you've had the chance to review it.
What if I'm not happy with the preview?
Just tell us what to adjust — revisions are free, and we'll keep refining until it feels right. Because nothing goes to production without your approval, you're never locked into a design you don't love.
Can I get a custom size?
Yes. Choose one of our standard sizes, or request a custom size tailored to your wall or shelf. If you're unsure, tell us where it'll live and we'll recommend the size that looks best.
How long until it arrives?
After you approve your design, your piece is handcrafted and shipped with tracked express international delivery. Most orders arrive within 3–4 weeks of confirmation, and you'll get tracking as soon as it's dispatched.
